Items shipped from Golupandit.com, can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.The refund process will be initiated once your request is registered from our end, and we have received the product back from you. You need to call us on our helpline or mail us at email@example.com. The following conditions will be considered for return:
- Products once sold can be returned only when they are damaged or defective, or not as per the order.Productsmust be returned within 15 days from the date on which they were delivered to you;
- Products can be exchanged or a refund can be provided for the products mentioned herein above;
- Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging will not be accepted for return. Onlyunused and unaltered products with original tags, original packaging intact, shall be accepted for return;
- Special or customized products made as per customer specifications or sold as non-returnable will not be accepted for return;
- Defective product, properly noted damaged product and returns that are the result of a Golupandit.com error may be returned at Golupandit.com expense and for a full credit, subject to the other provisions of this policy. The damaged product notification should be send to us within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment;
- Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner;
- Packs broken, breached or damaged do not qualify for a refund or replacement;
- Returns would be accepted only if it is in its original packaging and is accompanied with its invoice;
- In case we are unable to replace the damaged or defective product, we will either recommend a similar product after discussing the option with you or issue a full refund;
- The shipping charge for any returns will have to be borne by the customer;
- For the return any product which is delivered to the customer in damaged or defective condition, and if we are unable to replace the product, shipping charges applicable to that item will also be refunded; and
- Returns of International orders will not be accepted
REFUNDS (if applicable)
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
- If the payment was by Credit Card or Debit card,refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 15 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
- If the payment mode was COD, we shall NEFT the money in your bank account.
- Order can be cancelled online before the product has been shipped to you. Entire order amount will be refunded. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier. No cancellation will be considered once the order has been shipped.
- The cancellationprocess will be initiated once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order. It will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and 4-5 days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
- Part order cancellations are not accepted.
